Editing the site. I want to upload more photographic content. So I am adding color photos from Iceland (from the m8 Leica let me borrow) and more photos from the Galapagos…. Loving these moss shots. Mmmm! Iceland!

Painting, all day!
two works in progress that i am rather excited about (yay for crappy photo booth photos!): (both paintings are starring my new airbrush for the background. woot!) Not going to lie
I sort of love Lady Gaga. I wish all pop stars were this outrageous/provoking. Too many of them are so vanilla it hurts. But bringing Polaroid back into pop culture? Well let’s see what happens…. P.s. get a load of that wig/hat/starburst!

Seriously, when the nuclear apocalypse comes- all that will be left are shadows, cockroaches, and glitter. A depressing future awaits.

2am thursday update

satisfying things, i do not question
1- watering a sick wilted plant, watching it stand up straight over the course of a long afternoon. 2- my paints, organized by color, and the daily process of returning each to their own cubby/home. 3- disturbing my pet turtle when i walk into the room- causing him to jump off his floating rock and swim madly around the tank in circles, only to finally perch himself in the sunlight on the rock...

I love this, I wish my shadows grew little plants. “Machines that almost fall over”- this makes my stomach lurch every time. What if they fell over and it was his art creation? I like the idea of being bent on the risk of self destruction. Feeling the edge.
